I am in the market for a new jammer. I can't find any address details of your company on your website? How do you expect people to hand over money to an email address and 0870 number only?

All I can see is a 0870 number and email address?

Anyway, no longer needed, ordered a couple elsewhere.

I'm looking at getting a diffuser system and until now was looking at the Laser Pro Park which I beleive also diffuses stealth mode. Could you tell me any advantages of your new system?

Thanks

In-car box tooling(Plastic case)is almost finished and then the Defender2 will be on sale.
Tomorrow we will post up pics of the finished head casing and bracket set.
Everything else is finished and we expect only a few more weeks for the first units to ship.

Guys I have a drive smart GPS and I assure you the products made by Drive Smart are A1 quality and their support is better than any ive seen.

The main advantages of the defender 2 over the laser propark is;

Def 2 is completly 100% user upgradable from your home PC where as the Laser Pro Park is NOT upgradable at all and never will be!!

Drive Smart units are machined in a plant where as the Propark units are hand filed and crap

The Def 2 uses a Jam on the fly, it detects the incoming laser gun amd matches it, so this effectivly means it can jam every gun and new ones as they hit the market where as the propark uses a lookup table to jam...if the laser gun is not in the lookup table it cant jam it(this includes laser testers and range finders) and this also includes the UNIPAR SL700 used widely in the UK.

The drive smart wont produce an error code on the police laser gun where as the pro park will....he will know you have a jammer if you jam with a pro park!!!

The Laser Pro Park team has folded and split so there is no further support for their units ever!!!!

I dont work for drive smart but i just know somthing good when i see it...and it is good!!!!

it will be the new era of jamming!!

Cheers

Jas

Default not true?

Guys,

Just joined today, as I felt I should add to this post here to try and even things up a wee bit regarding the Laser Pro Park.

When two of my (ruddy-porsche-owning) friends purchased the Laser Pro Park system from Car Expo this year, I have been wanting one ever since, but because of huge demand, I am still waiting for mine!

Because I've been waiting I have thoroughly researched the field of jammers/diffusers through various forums and websites and I can tell you that there seem to have been a few un-truths mentioned by some other members (even those who claim not to work for other rival companies, the same rival companies who have been wrongly slating the Laser Pro Park on other forums, not just this one!).

Firstly, the Laser Pro Park is definitely not "hand filed" (or crap), personally I'd like to see the muscles on the guy who could have "hand filed" the toughened steel into such a shape (it has so obviously been machined into that shape!)

Secondly, the Pro Park will be able to jam the Unipar SL700.

Thirdly, the Laser Pro Park team have definitely not split up! I called them this morning and the same guys were in the office giving support as when I spoke to them over 2 months ago!

Next, the Laser Pro Park does give an error code on police laser guns. It gives E01 (Mis-fire/shake error) which leaves the police clueless as to whether you have a laser jammer, this mis-fire error is the most common occurance for a policeman manning a laser gun, happening at least once an hour.

The error code for jamming is E14, which definitely doesn't happen with the Laser Pro Park. This E14 Jammed code comes up for older models of jammer like the LE850, LRC100, Snooper SLD, LE-30.

Lastly, thanks to a friend in the police service, I can confirm that the Laser Pro Park will work against "Stealth Mode" devices. In particular the Humberside force's new "Cleartone" gun.

I simply can't wait to get my Pro Park installed, which is now only two weeks away! Woo-hoo!

Anyway, thats all, hopefully my post will prompt some replies, especially if I have any of the above wrong. Hopefully we can keep this in the format of a non-derogatory discussion!

Cheers,

Ste2TheMofo

Pro Park certainly looks good

I have been waiting for an alternative to my LRC100 which appears to have stopped working

Sorry to go off topic... Is the LRC-100 no longer effective, or just not effective against the newer guns??

Yes 100% agreed about checking IP'S the fitting to Porsche post etc is from Kris Shortland or his mate who runs that firm.
I think they are posting becasue this thread is pulled up on the first page of google.
Just a quick reply to everyone.
You are very welcome to come over to out office to test and see the Defender2 in action from next Monday.
0870 is for convenience and you can call our regular number of 01252 645522 in business hours if you prefer.
We have also been established for a very long time in fact we are in our 6th year!
We have various laser guns here for you to play with.
Also the Defender2 does not give any ERROR codes at all on any of the guns which is a world first!
And anyone thinking that an ERROR 01 appearing on a gun will not arrouse suspicious eye brows is very very much mistaken.
Also the jamming time is fully user selectable and you are not forced to jam for 8 seconds which is way way too long.
We only use the very finiest of production techniques and materials and this is why we offer a full 2 year warranty on the Defender2,Which is very unique in this market.
Dont forget the Defender2 is the only user software upgradable system and loads of cool functions and features will be added to the Defender2 and its all free of charge!

I'll second that, some prices would be nice too, as it's 100's of miles for me to "pop down and see it"
