sent the tickets and passes a fortnight before for a start to give a bit of time for any problems to be sorted but hey u guys know best.Just that the last sidc event at santa pod was a bit of a shambles with people having to collect passes on the gate.Lets leave it at that i was was passing a simple comment no need to jump on the band wagon,if evryone gets their passes and tickets then thats great if not then its not giving it much time to sort any niggles that was the point

How can we send tickets out that we do not have!!
If we close the ticket sales earlier then I would get even more emails asking me why have I closed the Sales early and how do they get into the enclosure
