Default coil-over advice

Okay I'm thinking of going over to coilovers on my wrx, I have a few track days i Want to do, but as I use my car a daily I want to know of any advice on makes to go for, as mostly it will be for fast road use, so needs to take the brunt of crappy roads etc.
I dont want to spend loads but I want a decent set and not cheap rubbish that will break..

not realy, you will end up setting them in to one setting and never changing them. best bet is adjustable kyb and eibach springs. that was my choice anyway, great setup, no need to realing them each time you change the setting on it so dead easy

If you're old and feel the bumps, go for the BC's which have soft spring rates for the british roads. People always moan about jap stuff, but it depends on how hardcore you are.

Tein Flex, simple to adjust, couple of clicks extra for track use and there is a major difference, not cheap but i saw a set on here for sale recently. The roads around me are some of the worse i have ever come accross but the tein handle it no problem

If your intended use is mainly fast road, then fixed perch damper & struts would be hard to beat

also worth looking at meisterR's .... specs and price similar to the BC's but damping range and spring rates are great for uk roads and track time. And in my opinion theyre of much better build quality.

MeisterR's are manufactured in same factory like BC,Apexi,K-Sport or others..

Rather i would go with BC,they're more proven here...

In USA are mostly used Tokico with Swift springs which seems are good for money or contact Turn In Concept
