Default Knocking/rattle from drivetrain

I had my suspension bushes and ARBs upgraded and since then there has been a loud knocking rattle come from underneath but only on deceleration. It feels like it's coming from the centre of the car, I've had my rear diff checked and it's ok, no loose bearings or chunks of metal in it so I know it's not that.

I suspect it's the Propshaft Centre Bearing but before I start looking to buy another, I was hoping that any of the more knowledgeable owners or specialists could suggest anything else it may be or confirm whether the Centre Bearing sounds right or not?

Thanks

I had a loud knocking coming from the centre of the underneath of the car when at low engine speeds going round corners and wondered if an exhaust mount was loose. It wasn't. The noise continued and was soon joined by a very worrying groaning whine from the rear. I thought the rear propshaft bearing had gone and prepared myself for the worst.

I took the car (MY05 WRX) into Cotswolds, took the wonderful Mark out for a drive and he diagnosed resonance caused by a worn out rear crossmember bush. This was confirmed when he got it on the hoist. Not a cheap repair but the replacement bush got rid of all the noises and the car felt a lot more taut too.
