I am looking to lower a subaru impreza 330s with some H&R springs but even H&R are unsure to which spring to recommend.

Would a H&R lowering spring for a standard Sti be the same as the 330S?

I hope someone can help.

Yes, 330s is the same as the STi Type UK standard suspension.
