A couple of recent LEDA posts have mentioned "5 clicks front and rear". Is this the default for MY01+ only? LEDA told me (for my MY00) 3R 7F (road), 12R 18F (track) as starting points.

5 and 5 are the default fast road settings for the 01/02 cars.

On pre 2001 cars, I prefer to use 7F and 5R for fast road, going down to 5F 3R for gentle cruising. On track, 18F 18R in the dry and 10F 8R in the wet.

 

Forgot to say... The best thing about any adjustable system is the ability to try different settings and see what suits your own driving style best.
