Default Tracking specs?

I need to get my 95 wrx wagon tracking checked and adjusted and wheel re-aligned. Can anyone give me what the tracking should be for this vehicle and does the tracking differ if it has a prodrive spec as would rather set to the latter?
Thanks

Mate, that cant be right at all. Your motor in general pulls your front wheels forward so if anything you sholud be dead parallel. I am still not convinced with parellel in front though, by all good handling standards you should run atleast a bit of toe out.

I had my car on a laser alignment where they took all settings back to what the book recomended ( parallel ) and i am sure i have lost loads of turn in feeling. Might be a touch hard on your tyres but it goes where you want it to.

I got this fron another post on the forum but i dont think it right so i never used it. It might be right so give it a go.

To book, (UK Turbo)

Camber front -0.25
Toe front 0 +/- 3mm or 0.12 degrees
Castor front (not adjustable) circa 3.05 degrees

Camber rear (not adjustable) 1.1 degrees (+/- 0.45)
Toe Rear 0 +/- 3mm or 0.12 degrees

With close to stock suspension, the front 1 mm toe in is adviced to counteract the effects of bumpsteer when cornering.
On my own car I run 0 toe, as it has very limited body roll and the Whiteline Bumpsteer & Roll-center kit.

Is that to counteract the bumpsteer only and will it effect turn in?

I think a very small amount of toe is advisable for general road use as it loads the wheel bearings and other bushes slightly which helps stop it wandering and helps under braking. Parallel would be better for turn in.
