Whiteline ARB on a 05 STI , worth it ?
I fitted a Whitline adjustable ARB and steel droplinks on my old 03 WRX after folowing advise on here and found it to be a great improvement . Now I've moved onto an 05 STi , I'm wondering if I would notice much of an inprovment if I fitted an ARB on it. It doesn't understeer as much as the WRX before the mod , but still isn't fantastic .
Am I correct in thinking that the droplinks and rollbar were beefed up a bit on the STI ?(Or did I just dream that one evening ) If so would I really notice much of an improvement ?
Thanks in advance for any help
Dave

OMHO fit the bar that Whiteline tell you to which i think is a 24mm but the new age cars are heavier, so it might be thicker, i'm not sure. Find 'cusco kid' on this section as he is the Whiteline dealer for the UK.

On early new-age cars WRX & STI used the same bar.... my 2002 STI bar was compared to a pal's WRX bar and thrown away ! Same !
Not totally sure about much newer cars like yours ?

when i changed from standard to whiteline 22mm adjustable you notice a differance on the hardest settings does get rid of understeer but wish i'd bought the adjustable 24mm now.
also with drop links make sure you get the right ones as on the 05 sti they arnt C type but short straight ones same as whats used for the front arb

With mine, the bar on stiffest made it oversteer... fun !
Once I got the front bar on it made the front end grip more, and calmed the rear down again !
