As stated somewhere, PM sold me an 03 onwards bar, when swapped it was identical to the 02 part on the car.

Dunx

P.S. 02 bar still in the garage waiting.... PM ?

It shouldn't fit, the mounting points are different. I bought a Bugeye bar off a mate and it wouldn't fit my Blobeye. Had to buy a new one from Scoobyclinic and sell the other on.

Even older ones look similar but I think they are a little different,

I was hoping that wasnt the case, but I did expect it to be. Btw what were the two cars i.e. were both the bug and your blob eye WRXs?

P.S. at midday I'd just got back from KT Greens....

Lots of new UN-Imprezas sat around, too shy to ask for a demo....

My info came from Scoobyclinic, whom supply and fit hundreds of Whiteline bars per year. How many have KT supplied and fitted

From Whiteline....

WRX & STi GD1 00-02 - BSR33Z
WRX GD2 02-07 and STi GD 02-03 - BSR36Z
STi GD 03-04 - BSR37Z

3 different bars, all slightly different fittings. I bought a Bugeye BSR33Z from a mate with a Bug WRX. I needed a BSR36Z to go on my 03 WRX Blobeye. Been there and got the t-shirt. If you do get a Bug one to fit, well done. it shouldn't, but wonders will never cease.

It's only the bushes that are different. The model no. on the whiteline part refers to the supply of different bushes with the same bar.

O and do remember, whiteline is whiteline nothing to do with a subaru dealership who will only give you info on genuine dealer parts which are what i am after. Just the standard ARB

Also another thing, as much as I admire what SC do they have given me wrong info twice with regards to parts. Not mentioning who from SC but I was told adamantly that the rear quarter and doors are different on a blob eye compared to a bug eye. But again wrong, exact same part numbers
