suspension for saloon
i posted this query in the drivings dynamics section, doh! is the suspension on classic saloons compatible with wagons? i'm on a tight budget and second hand kits off saloons are common compared to wagons. can anyone enlighten me?

It threw me too if it's any consolation. I thought about 'geometry' but made no sense!
I think all the saloon /wagon classic parts are the same with the exception of some 22B parts iirc.

The rear springs are longer on a wagon so if you put saloon springs on the back end look as if it is sagging. There is only 15mm or so in it but it does make a difference.
