improving handling
I have a 2003 JDM STI, it has front and rear anti-roll bars fitted and anti lift kit. I was thinking of upgrading the suspension but I cant lower the car !! what is there on the market that will be better than my JDM suspension but won't lower the car ???

I tightened up the suspension on my bugeye after fitting coilovers by doing all the bushes. Could be worth trying first before splashing out on new suspension.

The advantage of coilovers is that you can adjust the rideheight to something that suits your needs. All but the cheapest coilovers should adjust rideheight independant of spring adjustments. Theres a group buy on coilovers here

Steve,
if you're happy with the OE suspension why not get hold of a replacement set, PowerStation must have many low mileage sets laying around after replacing them with AST's.
Coilovers could be a good investment but you have to pay, cheap coilover kits just don't work - they generally rely on overly high spring rates rather than using a damper that's upto the job.
KW Variant 3's at a shade under £1100 would be the best priced option that actually work or if you're looking for something a little more exotic we have the Moton ClubSports at around £3k. I run these on the STi and many passenger's have commented that they didn't realise it had coilovers on it.
KYB AGX's should also be given some consideration combined with the OE (new) springs.
