Check your fluid levels, I had one that did it when the bottom O ring went and was leaking fluid. Replaced the O ring and it continued to squeel for a few months until one day all was quiet.

Could be the drive belt. On full lock the pump is trying it's hardest and if the belt isn't fully tight it can slip under this load although it doesn't slip normally. The belt slipping on the pulleys can cause a squeal. So check the belt tension while you're looking at fluid levels.
