Question Away to fiT Teins to sti9 05

Folks

Away to fit these to my car and was wondering if there is anything i should be wary of?

Also what geometry settings should i get done after fitted?

Is there any issue with knocking or bottoming out etc over bumps and humps?

ummm... an STI Version 9, made in '05?

http://www.powerstation.org.uk/ would be your best bet.

Sorry to be pedantic but if it was made in '05 it would be an STi11 if people insist on using the numbers which were dropped in 2000 with the STi6.

Ditto Powerstation though.

it's ok you're not being pedantic, you're just wrong

The numbers changed with each new version, not necessarily with each MY. The 2005 STI is commonly known as the STI 9.

But its a bit away from where i am

Does anyone else have these on the STi9 ? What settings were used on your car?

Again any issue with bottoming out on bump stops etc?

Craig, do you have these already and going to fit them yourself, or are you looking for a supplier & fitter?

What Teins are they? There's a lot of differences between models.

They are here and i will be fitting them. Someone else will be setting up the Geometry for me
They are lowering springs only i should have mentioned that earlier DOH

Just looking at what the best set up would be..... for mid to fast road use only no tracks

Unfortunately Spen555 is correct as there are revisions every year which would mean that if Subaru were to still use the numbering system, there would be a new number every year. That's why an 05MY Group N car is known as N11.
