Default PI Lowering springs.........

Had these professionally fitted on Sunday to my (MY01 WRX).

Car sits 30MM lower, and is slightly harder on the road.

No problems with fitting, but the fronts "clunk", on lock to lock and slightly on acceleration and braking.

The car has been geometrically set up too.

Why does it clunk ?

Is it because the spring is shorter and turns in the cup ?

And more importantly how do I fix it ?

Thanks.

Not fitted corectly old chap. In my darker days of Fiesta Zetec - S ownership I opted for the PIs (the eibach only dropped the car by 15mm and I was doing the drop for the cosmetics). Clunk, clunky, clunky etc. Took 'em back to the garage - asked them if they'd ever heard of a road ******* test - and got them to refit. The did this, reseated and then fine. I would guess they've been fitted by a numpty.
