Rear Suspension Problem

Hi all - dont normally venture beyond the General Discussion forum, its not too scary out here is it?
Anyway my question - the outside of my tyres rub on the inside of the rear wheel arch when I tow my Folding Camper - I have lowered the noseweight on the towball as much as I dare and it eases the problem marginally (the tyres still rub on any bump or undulating surface).
I was going to fit Spring Assisters, but, guess what?? my Impreza has NO springs!!! I assume by that it is a torsion bar system??
Any way of adjusting the rear drop? Anyone any answers as to what to do? these cars are Farmers cars for gods sake - the should be able to tow exceptionally well!!
