Question

Does anyone know of a decent place to get my MY2000 geometry checked / adjusted to Prodrive settings in the West Yorks area?

I have used MAC's Garage in Ilkley (recommended to me by SIDC member) and can vouch for their work on my car.

Their number is 01943608892.

Front - Max equal negative camber ( works out at 1-1.25 degrees); 1mm toe in.

Rear - Camber not adjustable; 1mm toe in.

Question

How the 1mm toe-in is measured? Does it mean the total of toe-in from the front of the tyre to back of the tyre equals to 1mm?

It is more easy to understand in terms of the toe-in angle. Could anyone provide the toe-in angle?

Measured using Laser equipment and any garage competent at this type of thing will understand what needs to be done. I'd suggest only using a garage that has experience of doing this to Impreza's and make sure they have the Laser wheel alignment equipment.

Thanks for your advice CW. I've booked the car in at Macs garage to have it sorted. Hopefully then it might handle like my previous MY97 used too - at present it understeers badly and feels like it has GL suspension fitted!

Can anyone tell me?
