how much would it cost to lower a 94 wrx 40mm...cheers

Go with the Eibachs,lowers about 25-30mm,if you go any lower than that it will handle like a dog!! the springs cost about £125ish plus fitting,get that done,solid drop links,rear roll bar and anti lift kit and the handling will be 1000 times better.

Mine was already lowered... don't overdo it though or the tyres will scrape the arches.. i cant get more than one person in the back...

You can see a small clip of it Here its the second last clip in the cars section.

Had my 94 wrx lowered about 2 months ago on Avo
springs. Cost £350 fitted. Looks much better,
bit of negative camber on the back, but not too
bad. Handling a bit better, but wouldn't recommend
getting the performance shocks. Ride is far too
harsh.

I think its 35mm and its low enough for me.
Got it done at a jap import specialist up
here (Aberdeen). Will post a picture of it
on this thread at the weekend if I can figure
it out. You'll get an idea of how low you want
to go
