Question

I believe this set of front and rear springs and dampers should fit, but may need a pointer on which springs go on which strut, as they are all in a box at the moment - dampers, springs and dust covers.

What else do I need to fit them - any top spring plates? and top mounts? Any thing else?

Mainly road use and already have PU front bushes and antiroll bar bushes on metal links and thicker anti roll bars, anti lift kit on 17" WRX 03 wheels.

What would be the most suitable top mounts - Std STi, Group N type STi ( if available ), or somethink like Cusco or HKS adjustable pillow ball mounts?
Both for front and rear.

Thanks

Neil

Found some top plates for the front springs in the box, just need an idea which spring fits front / rear. One pair are all open wound springs, other pair are tight wound at one end. Need a strut piston top nut and clip too!

A hint would be nice!

And ideas for decent top mounts!

Thanks

v999,

the bits you have should fit just fine but you really need to take the standard suspension off to match the bits. i remember the rear springs will be the longer ones though. the standard mounts will be ok but if you want to have camber adjustment go for cusco or hks as you say. they will have less compliance than the OE ones aswell.

Thanks Kippax

Looking at the moment at STi Grp N top mounts, as car usually used on road not track, and cost too!

Probably go for Eibach's too as they have a good report,

soon as these come on they go!

Let me know if you want to get rid of your existing top mounts.

Suggestions for good top mounts ?

Also, would the STi springs be lower / harder than the stock WRX MY94 springs, or would I be better with something like Eibachs?

Thanks
