Can't answer, but best speak to PowerStation. I have just had my Sti7 done along with Prodrive springs and they know there stuff. The did may mates RB5 a couple of years ago and the car was like night and day.

Don't know if I'd want a car that drove differently after dark??:
Seriously, I had my '98 done there too. They replaced the rear ARB, but left the front as standard except for new solid droplinks on both.
The car is now more fun to drive, if a little hard and noisy.

I'd recommend sticking with the stock front. Then add an adjustable rear like Whiteline's 22mm (20-24mm effective adjustable rate) so you can play with it and figure out what setting you like.
