I have just fitted Eibach Prokit to my 96 Prodrive to find that they did not lower the car. The rear springs were longer than the ones I took off but the front ones were shorter. Anybody else found this??

did u have subaru standard suspension to start off with ??

Assuming they are brand new eibachs, give the springs some time to settle, the car will drop a bit. My car sank an inch over the 2 to 3 weeks after i had eibachs fitted.

 

did you realise that your car, being a 'Prodrive' car, will have already had the suspension done, therefore it was already lower than standard, you may have even taken off the same springs as you put on!!
Give it time to settle and see what happens!

 

ok then how about mine i done the rears yesterday and doing the fronts now in a bit,
after doing the rears it dosnt look anylower and the springs were longer than the ones i took off, <assuming the ones with the extra plastic covering are the ones for the rear?>

and mine is a my00 sport <when parked next to a uk turbo mine sits about 2-3 ins higher>

 

right fronts done and they dont look any lower either anyone?????????????????????????????????????

 

not many people with the same prob i hope (cos i want some too) hoping to drop my MY99 by atleast 20mm front and rear.... u sure you got the right springs supplied to you.

 

mine are ok just parked next to a uk turbo and mines about an inch lower compared to being <what looked like> 2-3 inchs high so im happy now,,,,
