BC Vs MeisterR
Hi All,
I've narrowed my coilover choose down to either BC coilovers with 4/3 springs or MeisterR on the same springs for my type r
Are these are pretty much the same externally?
Alternatively I could get my adjustable teins rebuilt.
What would you do?

I would buy tein over those two all day long ,, iv found its the only set that didnt rust soon as i put them on ,, BC's lasted about 3 months before they started to rust on the coils ,, I know there only coils but my teins lasted for 4 years and still had no signs of rust anywhere

I got Meistersinger gt1s on my classic and they're awesome. They got a boot cover over the spring to stop corrosion and as long as u coat the rest of the thread with lithium grease they keep nice. If u speak to Jerri know I think they can set the preload for you. The gt1 also has lifetime warranty. The softer settings are fine for bumpy roads and are really surprisingly comfy over sleeping policeman etc. Haven't had a chance to use on track yet but you can stiffen them right up if u like!

I've had the MeisterRs on my blob wagon for about 15 months and they're still on good shape. Daily driver, and about 9,000 miles in all weathers. Several family trips to the West Country too. I'd really recommend them. They adjust well from family transport to something much more serious.
