Default Problems With Tein Coilovers

Hi All,
I have a new age WRX STi 03 with Tein Coilover & springs all round, Just been for a checkup in the garage and they have said my rears are leaking.

I obviously want to either get them fixed or replace then with the same but living in Durham I don't know anyone who could either repair and replace them or what costs I would be looking at.

Can anyone give me some advice.

Cheers
Dex

They will probably have to be sent down to tein for a service best to get them all done at the same time

Sure it like 85 quid a corner for a service

That's a bit steep if you had all corners leaking you might aswell buy a brand new set with warranty?

I know ast are different but they charge 90-100 quid a corner for a service

Think 250 is way out

Beat to ring tein in the morning and ask then post your results here

Tien are not worth repairing as its too expensive, they hold up for a few years then it's time to replace tbh.
Other coilovers are cheap to rebuild, like GAZ of many who only charge £25 + vat per shock.
So it's all down to rebuild costs or replace

Yep. This isnt a service that you require, it is a rebuild and with the oil seals its £250 each....

Default Tein Coilovers

I don't mind buying new, They were on the car when I got it so over 5 year old. I am no good with cars so its taking them off sending them down then getting them fitted back on and the geometry set up again that's going to
be the killer.

Anyone know how much the 2 rear coilovers will be to replace with new.

Cheers
Dex
