Default poly and caster bushes help

ok so ive bought some spec c front and rear arms for my uk wide track i want to when there back from the powder coater piy poly and caster bushes on the arms where and wjat are the best ones?

Rear control arm will be the Whiteline ALK and poly bush that comes in the set or Superpro do a sperical bush which fits into the standard part, same with the front part of the control arm either a solid one or polybushed on to match the rear. If you are doing them you might as well get the bump steer kit too which is track rod end and lower ball joint, all available in either whiteline or Superpro, apart from the Droplinks and roll bars thats all the front bushes you'd need on the front unless you went for steering rack and gearbox etc...
