Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get with coil overs, these are probably the best vfm you can get tbh.

What's your budget - I've been in cars with Tein and BC set-ups, I've got Meister Rs which are as good on the road as my previous springs and shocks set-up

I've just fitted a set of exe-tc competition fast road coilovers to my bug not the all singing all dancing ones just the height adjustable ones & its transformed the car, the damping feels firmer than the sti dampers they replaced but the handling & ride is miles better because the spring rates are specific to the car. :thumb

Interesting to read about your experience with the exe tc's mate. I've got a set of remote reservoir ones to go on my Ra. The quality of them is second to none isn't it. They don't seem a particularly popular choice tho, there isn't many cars running them. Ha r you had them out in track yet?

It depends on your budget. However, our Zeta-R coilovers are for UK roads and occasional track days. So we take the bad roads and pots holes into account when we specified them. If you're interested let us know.

Only fitted them last weekend & the car doesn't get used during the week so not done many miles yet but so far so good the body roll is greatly reduced while the ride & control have improved no end.

Ride height is almost the same as the sti dampers & H&R springs I had on there, maybe 1cm lower all round but the dampers are at their optimum height exactly half way between full compression/extension so should be working as best they can.

Will get back to you once I've got a few more miles on them

Edit: and yes the build quality is fantastic!

I'm guessing cost & low volume production are reasons for them not being widely used, I've been told that exe-tc only make stuff for production cars when they have down time from making all the wrc stuff.
