gents ive had whitline arbs· anti lift kit fitted.afew years ago. Wanted to change drop links this service.now i see theres perrin at s clinic and ive seen other brands are these better than w line or better.
Any info please

I fitted perrin rear droplinks a few years ago and replaced them with CDF after the perrin bushes deteriated. Personally I would go CDF or whiteline.

how easy was the CDF ones to fit? Got them through but haven't got round to fitting them yet typically lol

Fitting the new ones is easy. It's removing the old droplinks that can be a right pain!

Nothing was seized. The front droplinks were actually pretty easy, it was the arb bush clamps that were the pain there. The rear droplinks I had to cut the rubber off and get some molegrips on the back. It was really tight to get them in, and hard to get them to grip on the thin flat bit of metal that's there. I was changing the whole lot, arbs droplinks and bushes, so it was just a lot of fiddly little jobs that made it hard rather than one significant thing.

Ok thanks mate, I'm only replacing the droplinks but think I'll give myself plenty of time to do it. And get a mate round to help! Did you put the larger washers next to the droplink or do they go to the anti roll bar?

If you have pics of them fitted that would be great but understand totally if not.

I didn't need to use the spacers. Chris did say I might not need them. I didn't take any pics I'm afraid. I'm pretty sure it was small washers droplink side, and large washers arb side.
