New VF34 P18 exhaust housing

What would happen if this was bolted to a VF35 cold side? would it fit? Only ask as I have a crack in my VF35 hot side and was going to buy a whole new turbo, hadnt thought of just buying a hot side.

It wouldn't fit a VF35 unfortunately as it's a different style turbo. VF35 is a journal/thrust bearing and the VF34 is a ball bearing.
Also this is a P18 whereas the VF35 has a P15 exhaust housing. However, Kinugawa do a replacement P18 housing that is a journal/thrust bearing here:
