They are designed to fit the 90mm headlamp units here: http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motors...mm-h7-headlamp
So if the stuff in the JDM ones are similar then it should be fine (I have never seen a JDM one) but you will need to rebuild them into these.

Sorry to revive an old thread - but is there actually someone who can create a decent set of S7/S8 lamp mounts?
I can source the 90mm Hellas, fabricate the mounting brackets and do up the wiring harness myself... I just can't seem to ever locate the headlamp mounts. Been looking for almost a decade and always miss catching a set for sale... sometimes only by a few minutes.

Locating the lamp units is the easy part. A quick search for "Hella 90mm" yields several sources. Amazon is a one-stop shop to find hi and low beam units and the adjusting screws:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_...s=hella%2090mm
(Question: Do consumer-level cars in the UK use a 24v system? If I search on the UK version of Amazon I see 24v lamp units offered as the default, but on the U.S. Amazon site they show 12v units. USDM cars are 12v... only military or certain commercial level vehicles operate on 24v here. )
Ebay IMHO is a less desirable source... but there are H7 and H9 units everywhere on that site.
You can even customize your setup. 90mm HID (Xenon gas discharge) units are available if you have deep pockets, or if you are worried about the fact that these headlamp units do not provide turn indicators (...only a concern if you don't have the Prodrive bumper cover with its integrated turn indicator lamp...) you could easily pair a 90mm bi-halogen hi/low combination lamp unit with a 90mm blinker lamp unit.
The wiring harness I intend to work with comes from The HID Retrofit Source:
http://www.theretrofitsource.com/com...harnesses.html
I have used 2 different harnesses (and some HID units) from this company and their quality is top shelf. Again, there is the question of 12v vs 24v... but relays are easy to swap if there is a discrepancy.
I submitted a price quote request to RallyTech UK... waiting to hear back. THANK YOU for pointing me to that site. The resources for building a decent S7/S8 type car here in the US are slim to none...
