Thumbs up K&N Typhoon, Bailey Motorsport DV12, Classic H&S + HKS Catback Systems

DUMP VALVE NOW SOLD

K&N TYPHOON NOW SOLD

I also have two complete catback exhaust systems for a classic Impreza. I recently broke the car for parts and all I have left is a HKS Silent Hi Power system and a H&S catback system (H&S scoobysport backbox). The H&S backbox was bought brand new in January 2012 for £280!

H&S 3" Centre Pipe NOW SOLD

H&S Scoobysport backbox, only used for 4 months! £110 ono collected

The HKS system isn't in as good condition as the H&S exhaust, I'm looking for £90 collected.

Payment is via Paypal, Bank Transfer or cash on collection.

EDIT P&P CAN BE SORTED ON THE EXHAUST SYSTEMS IF NECESSARY

Yeh delivery could be sorted no problem, I've never sent anything so bulky/heavy before so I wasn't sure who was a good delivery option as royal mail/parcelforce will charge a small fortune...

Yes the HKS system is 3" and I'm not sure on exact power limits for the k&n typhoon but I guess it's pretty high. I'm using the standard air box/paper filter at 343bhp without issue. The typhoon is k&n's top of the range intake, I would guess that these would be OK on 500+ bhp cars. I removed it from my car as the induction noise annoys me and I wanted a quieter car...

What different noise does the induction kit make then over standard airbox?

Also how dirty is the filter? Does it need replacing

And does it come with the extra pipework that rbon91 has got

The difference is that you can actually hear the induction noise, some like it and others (like me) get annoyed by it eventually.
The filter is pretty dirty and ideally should be replaced, I've changed the price to reflect this. I don't have the extra pipework.

No this is for 2.0 newage (WRX and STI) cars so 2001 - 2005. There is a separate kit listed for the 2.5 cars...

The hks is a full cat back system that will require a 2.5" --> 3" flange adaptor to fit the standard downpipe. It measured 97dba on a trackday which is pretty reasonable compared to other popular exhausts e.g. blitz nur spec r measured 105dba on a track day!!

Huntyuk - £60inc p&p is as low as I will go there's no cold air feed with it. If Sam_1688 doesn't have it you have second dibs.

Sam_1688 - yes that's fine pm me your details (including how you want to pay) and we'll sort it out...
