Good price with FPR and rails but think the long one will need a t-piece. As an example the one with the T-piece could be fed from the hard pipe supply using the length of hose and another connector and then feed in to say cylinders 1 and 3, the other long hose would be the output from 2 and 4 but would need the T output to feed back to the FPR using the shorter hose with two connectors.
Would look something like this with a T on the input and another on the output.

The 3rd pipe down in the pic above needs to be cut in the middle and one of these put on the ends where you cut.

Then you join the two ends with one of these.

That will then give you the same as the set up in the 2nd hose down.
This then completes the plumbing at the manifold. From each of the T ends of the T-Piece the one from cylinders 1 and 3 is fed from the T-piece up to your fuel supply. \The end from the other t-piece is fed up to the FPR and then from the FPR to the return line to the tank. What fittings you need will depend on where you mount the FPR.

Yes, these are not the easiest connections to make I have done loads on my car and a friends and you need to be very careful doing it. I was going to do a group buy and make the hoses up as required for people's specific instals but I am not able to pressure check them so it would leave a world of issues if one failed so decided against it. Only way to do it would be with a disclaimer that buyer should have them pressure checked but never had one leak.
