Smile Afterburner Vortex back box for sale

Hi Guys and Gals,

Selling my Afterburner backbox. Was on my 03 STI but I believe that they can fit all shapes (although classics may need some adjustment).

Slight scratching to the underside, will post up photos but in great condition.

Reason for sale: My wife, either it goes or she would have.

Off the car now and ready for postage. £150 inc postage. Open to offers.

Pics below.

Photos guys. Hopefully you can see if its the angle you were after. In good shape apart from the scratches that you can see in the first photo but they're on the bottom which you wont be able to see when its on.

Thanks

Steve,

I can only offer my apologies. I was told it was an afterburner and never questioned it. Have had the car seen by several enthusiasts and not had it pointed out so that is what I thought it was. A full refund on the way.

Again sorry for this. I will re-advertise according to this.

P.S. Thank you to the guys who pointed out what it actually is. This has saved sending it and then returning it and all in all someone not getting what they want. My thanks to Danny and Lagamorph.

Felt like I was causing trouble tbh, glad it turned out ok. I had the smaller TSL Group 'N' backbox and that sounded great and the build quality was also good. So I should imagine the firestorm must be a good piece of kit as well.

It`s lucky someone mentioned it as I wouldn`t have been happy with the Firestorm...not the sound I was after...too raspy imo. The one you mentioned, the Group N,they sound sweet

Strange as I love the subtle rasp on my afterburner and thought the firestorm was supposed to be very similar sounding (maybe just a little more boomy)?
