Hi, The engine is currently complete mate, If I can get someone to buy the bottom end than I will be more than willing to split.

However as a Gasket set, bolts, belts etc etc are not needed for a long engine transplant although its likely someone would change the timing belt I would prefer someone to buy this as is (long engine) obviously.

Have you priced up a gasket set recently ?

I have seen quite a few pairs of heads in my time, and you will usually see some small airline cracking around the spark entry which is said to be normal these days. I was also talking to an engine builder sometime ago, and he said that 99% of Impreza's will have small airline crack and that the owner/driver will never know as it wont affect the performance or the integrity. Anyway im jibbering on, I obviously dont know the condition of the heads, but It tuns very sweet indeed and has been run on fine oils with regular changes, in fact I recently changed it myself with Millers.
