Default Classic Towbar

Hiya

Not been on for a while, unfort the car is getting slowly stripped and bits sold off my 97 classic thats got all 1999> bits on

1st off...the towbar, witter one i thiink, good condition, removed today, wiring all there, and fixings required, also is the removable style so you only have the two small lugs visible if end removed..

you'll notice the bracket has gone for the electrics...this was removed as i thought it looked dire...i had the plug hidden up behind and rested nicely in far right corner out of way on inner bar bracket so just the lugs visible
when wanted few ty-raps to release and then ty-rapped to towbar/trailer.

suitable for saloon or estate..came off mine in ten minutes..

£50 collection or local meet

based doncaster/rotherham

best to get me on email if you want quick responce as i get them pushed to my phone.

cheers chris

elo mate

I know the 4/5 door are compatable no problem
id like us to confirm it will fit the 3 door before hand if pos.
is the lower floorpan the same?
norm theres two chassis rails under the back...you remove the back bumper and its support bracket, slide the towbar in...using the existing holes and bumper support bracket bolts (plus two more further up, supplied) then put back bumper back in and bolt her all up. have a look under the back...print my pic off also to compare

i did have strong interest with another 3 door owner to pull his boat.
yours if we can confirm all ok. maybe start a thread on site to ask the vast knowledge on here?

can check into courier for you , no problem.

regards chris.
