Cool Newage STi TMIC

Taken off of my 2003 STi. Excellent condition. Was running 420Bhp with no problems. Comes complete with Y pipe. No dump valve.

Good thanks Boyd, I've nearly finished the running in and it's having an Litchfield LM400 Billet turbo fitted this week, then it's off to Bob Rawle for a Simtek to be fitted and mapped.

It's amazing how well the Perrin, APS & Hyperflow help to lower the ACT's , I can't wait to be able to drive it in anger it's been 5 months between the engine build, weather and running in time.

How much difference did your FMIC make to the BHP and torque?

Unsure as yet M8 as the clutch is slipping slightly

Not too bad at the moment but enough to limit the power runs. Zak actually lowered the boost in 5th & 6th to minimise the slipping. Not bad considering It's the original clutch and covered 68000 miles. Think ACT is going to be the way to go. Another £1000 out of the wallet lol.

Glad yours is coming on nicely. Be great to drive it in anger once the LM400 goes on
