KYB Struts with Prodrive Springs
I have a complete set of 5x100 struts for sale that can bolt straight on to a newage impreza.
The shock absorbers are standard KYBs, I bought them off of someone who had them on a car for 6months and then broke it due to an MOT failure for severe corrosion. I have then run them for probably a maximum of 5-6k miles so in total they're pretty low-use. There's some surface rust on them as the car is my daily driver, but overall they're in pretty decent condition as they're not too old.
The springs are the blue PCA Dynamics prodrive-spec ones manufactured by Eibach. These have also done similar mileage to the shock absorbers and are in reasonable condition and mostly still blue.
When I fit these to my car, I purchased a full set of new, standard topmounts all round from ICP so these have done less miles than the struts and springs, so the 5-6k I have run them for.
The only thing I do not know is whether or not the bumpstops have been replaced, either with new standard or PCA ones. Judging by the perished, original topmounts on them when I bought them, I'd imagine the bumpstops were also left alone. If I were refitting to my vehicle, I'd probably check what's on them and contact PCA dynamics to see if they recommend shorter ones or something to match their springs. They do have various bumpstop kits on their website. Having said that, I've been driving around on them just fine.
The only reason I am selling these is I do not particularly like how the standard suspension rides- I bought these to replace my completely standard, original struts (which I would also sell for much cheaper) thinking that they were probably just tired, and wanted to upgrade to prodrive springs at the same time. I have now purchased and fitted a set of coilovers so I now have no need for these.
These are listed for sale at £400 collected from Leicestershire. I am travelling to South Wales soon so feel free to try me for delivery/meeting.
I think the price is fair as the spring kit alone is £299 new, the topmount kit is a bit over £100 and the dampers are also probably around £250 a set last time I checked if you shop around on ebay with part numbers etc. I am happy to discuss reasonable offers that accompany a hassle-free sale to a wonderful member of this fine forum.
I will upload pictures when I get the chance!

Yeah, they'll physically bolt on to a classic, but I think from reading around you'd have positive rear camber, which can be solved with camber bolts but it doesn't seem ideal.
Genuinely a bit surprised nobody has jumped on these.

Apologies for the delay in uploading pictures, yes- they are are Excel G shock absorbers. As above, they have a bit of surface corrosion but it isn't major, mostly they just need a good clean.
I'm in Leicestershire but may be travelling to South Wales soon if that helps anyone.

Do you have any profile side profile pics on level ground? What is the gap between tyres (std heifght?) and front and rear arches?
I'm asking as my setup is tired and sagged 10mm front and 20mm rear, and I'm looking to restore OEM ride height, or possibly even raise a tiny amount (10mm or so) if I can find suitable coilovers like Meisters. I have issues clearing speed bumps on my normal commute, and the vehicle is a daily workhorse as well (fuel is cheap here).

They are rated as 25mm front, 30mm rear but they drop a little lower than that from my experience. I have never found it an issue driving, only on my Blob where I can't get a trolley jack under the nose (fine on a Bug). The one thing to be aware of is that it will shorten the life of standard struts (like the KYBs). You'll probably get ~ 30k out of them.

I have my current coilovers set to the exact same height as these. Until a couple of weeks ago my impreza had been my daily driver for a couple of years and I've never ground out nor had issues with speed bumps etc.
They're a reproduction of Prodrive springs, so their intended use is the public highway.

Bump.
I've had a lot of phone and facebook messages from people wanting advice on their setups, wanting me to compare to coilovers, telling me I don't know anything about suspension (my profession is testing suspension in the automotive and motorsport industries including F1) and so on.
I'm open to offers as I'd just like someone to buy these with minimal hassle now.
