I have moved on to a Link G4+ as it's much easier to get mapped in Sweden so I'm selling my Alcatek for a V5-V6.
I originally bought it as a Simtek in 2009 I think but it was upgraded to the Alcatek spec and with the AVCS extension board added in 2016 through Enginetuner and I also asked to have ALS and launch control added as I didn't choose those functions when I bought it. The upgrade in 2016 was £225. Buy a loom from JT innovations and you have a very easy way of running AVCS heads in your classic V5-V6.
I also have the customer programmer kit with the serial cable and the DESKEY dongle. I also have the disc with the software somewhere. No ecu casing included as I don't have a spare one. This ecu was supplied to me with a base map just to get it started. It hasn't been mapped by anyone in it's current specification and as far as I can see it shouldn't be locked in anyway. I got my project Type R started two months ago and everything seems to work fine as I could see and I could access the maps with my software.
I'm looking for £370 + shipping from Sweden.

Hi, yes I still have it. Yes it should be unlocked and with the license in place as the whole point was for me to get it mapped by someone here in Sweden. I could access it myself with the software and it wasn't password protected in any way.
£250 + shipping from Sweden. Should be about £25-30 to the UK. Because of the AVCS upgrade you will need to fit the newage crank trigger wheel for it to work. The AVCS part can be shut off in the software but the crank trigger wheel needs to be the newage one with or without AVCS.
