I am having issues with the stock sti ecu and the new monster garret turbo I just installed - - the mass air flow meter is not reading accuratly so I am going to install the LINK so I can have MAP based tuning - - only trouble is that the LINK does not support the AVCS of the Sti VII so my AVCS will NOT be functional

I am wondering if anyone else has run the sti vii or other AVCS subaru engine with the AVCS disconnected and can report here if the engine ran well without the AVCS and also the difference if any in power output and feel over the same engine with the AVCS operational ???
