Would this fit an 03 wrx sti jdm blobeye ? And I take it it’s 3” centre section all the way to the back box ?
not sure if it will fit as it come off a uk blob but yes it's a proper 3 inch sleeved and not with flanges so it doesn't bore down at all... its 3inch all the way

If fitting full system you shouldn’t have an issue
If only using back 2 pieces then you’ll have to modify the centre piece but still will go on no problems if you have a competent garage with some welding experience at your service
I would be needing a jdm de cat downpipe to join on from the turbo. But then I take it this cat back exhaust should then connect directly to the downpipe ?
