Hopefully no dirt in them from lying on the ground...

Brilliant. Great help that! And for the record they're cleaner than Mr Clean from Cleansville.

Bit unfair, I'm sure you wiped all the mud off them afterwards!

Gah I am trying desperately to resist these items......

How much would you do the intercooler and injectors for as a combo?

Just suggesting that you may want to keep critical engine components clean, a sale would be easier if photos taken were not on a stoney floor.
Perhaps your not aware of how critical the odd bit of dirt is inside an engine or injector?
Chances are they are fine, but it is a risk you've taken. Thanks

Point taken. Thank you for your invaluable advice . It's greatly appreciated. Maybe if you hadn't posted a sarcastic reply then maybe i wouldn't have taken offence.
To put your mind at ease, they are in excellent condition. Just as well I ensured the surface was clean prior to the photo being taken eh?
Thanks for the bump anyway. Have a nice evening x

So you sterilise your engine? That's an interesting concept. I'll bear that one in mind.

Just to put the doubters at ease. Whilst the floor wasn't sterilised, as it apparently should have been, it was clean. I'd happily put these in my car, but my current situation doesn't allow that.

If you're not interested in buying then please spam somebody else's thread.

I've read some funny comments, but that's one of the stupidest

I suppose you stopped the wind blowing any airborne particles into the intercooler and oil pipes too

you've covered the 'air' opening up to stop any bits getting in, but what about the oil pipes?

Do me a favour pal. Go and bother someone else. You've obviously got no interest in this post other than to be a sheep and jump on the band wagon.

I've got no interest in your opinion, ideas or notions. Please don't place any further derogatory comments on my sale post.

I personally, and this is not a dig, would like to see the compressor wheel before buying a used turbo. A lot have superficial damage that can effect flow.

Thanks boosted. Appreciate the comment. I understand completely. Apologies for being a bit defensive, but I sure you can understand. I bought all these in good faith and I'm just trying to sell them as such.

I have done the same upgrades to my blobeye and they make a fantastic upgrade. I too spent time sourcing parts and the day before they were due to get fitted and then mapped I got made redundant and had to cancel. luckily I was able to keep my parts and get them fitted at a later date.

I wasn't having a go, but some people would read the comment you made and the click the 'back' button.

if I was you, delete this thread and start again
take photo's on a kitchen worktop of the compressor wheel, hot side, etc. then tape them back up after. mention if there are or are not any cracks in the housing, mileage, who you bought it from

good luck with the sale

Boozydave. I appreciate your reply. I have been on a number of forums before as was beginning to lose faith with this one.

I'm here to make like minded people and will take advice where I can get it. However I'm sure you can understand my defensive responses. Yours and boosted replies have restored my faith as I know how invaluable forums can be.

All I ask is to not spam my for sale threads. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, but pm might be more appropriate.

Thanks again.

Sean

Dont suppose you know how many miles roughly are on the VF35?
Also, is there any cracks / play in shaft?

Matthew.

Hi Matthew,

Came off an 80k car. All round in excellent condition. I've got someone else interested though. Just waiting to hear back from him. I'll let you know if it falls through.

Cheers
