Hi chap, sorry but dont want to be the one to burst your bubble, but you need to revise your price im afraid.
I bought mine (same year) a couple of months ago, and although it has slightly more miles on the clock it has had a new eng fitted from a pukka scooby garage at 50k, and has Full service history, sti bits and Loads of whiteline stuff underneath, its had thousands spent on it. but the bad bit for you is i only paid £2500 for it.
Sorry mate, but atm its a buyers market. You may want to concider keeping it to get the most out of your cash.
Lovely car though mate, no matter what glwts

all i was saying is the market is a bit stagnant atm, so most things (not only cars) arnt fetching what they are worth.
But you never know, its clean and tidy, it may be snatched up.. good luck anyway chap, whoever buys it will have one very nice car imo
