Default Zen 330bhp WRX Bugeye

Thanks for looking at my 330 BHP Zen Performance Built Bugeye Impreza.

The car is finished in Premium metallic silver. It’s a non-smokers car with Adjustable steering column, climate control air conditioning, central locking and Sigma Thatcham 1 alarm/immobiliser, drivers and passenger air bags and also air bags in the sport seats, electric mirrors, fog light’s, locking wheel nuts.

I bought my car from a scoobynet member (h8nsk) on 17th May 2009. I have used the car as a daily driver and have put 24k miles on it since. The car has performed faultlessly and had been serviced religiously (see servicing below) with quality parts and fluids. The private registration plate will remain with the car.

The engine has been built & mapped by Zen Performance to produce a reliable 330bhp (engine build rated to 400bhp) so it’s not stressed at all. I have been working further away from home and I’m putting more miles on the car. Even though it can consistently deliver an excellent 29.4mpg on a steady run, I need to change to something a little more boring for my commute.
Engine Mileage is 43,000 (since fitted 09/2006 by Zen) 102,930 overall

My car is in fantastic condition but does have some stone chips as you would expect, however, take a look at the pictures below

Sale Price
My car is for sale at £4500, no offers, no part exchanges please, if it doesn’t sell then I’ll keep it .

As you can see, this car has had a lot of money lavished on it to create the individual WRX that looks great and produces reliable power from an engine that has a lot more in reserve. The car is in fantastic condition and wants for nothing. All fluids (engine, clutch, brakes, gearbox, diff) have been changed, it has a new clutch, a new timing belt, tensioner and pulleys and the air con has been re-gassed, it has new tyres on refurbished OZ alloys so nothing to do at all, just buy, drive and enjoy. Insurance costs me £660 with all modifications declared with Keith Michaels.

The car is MOT ‘d until 15th September 2011 and taxed until the end of September 2011 (cost £245/year or £134.75 for 6 months). My car is located in Neath, South Wales and can be viewed anytime.

Engine Mileage is 43,000 (since fitted 09/2006 by Zen) 102,930 overall.
There have been four owners in total, which includes me.

Please feel free to contact me via pm or on my mobile 07970 881016 and have a chat about the car.

More pictures of my car can be found on the following link......

Why is it that some people see a for sale ad and even though they have no interest in the car, feel the need to add their 2p's worth to critisise some aspect, some people!

@namron - Believe it or not, as a mature 40 year old driver, I don't drive around like a rally driver and therfore have found the standard brakes fine. No doubt if I was on track the brakes would indeed need to be upgraded but they have been fine for me

The standard brakes are very good and with Braided hoses and uprated pads they are up to the job.

Good luck with the sale Dean.

Cheers Christof89, when you consider the new clutch, timing belt & pulleys, wheels and tyres, all fluids plus the engine and gearbox spec I think it's a good price. Time will tell.

Now on Pistonheads
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2777363.htm

I am prepared to lower the cost by reducing the spec, e.g. putting original WRX wheels on and removing OZ's, removing UK300 rear spoiler and replacing with original WRX spoiler, removing Hawkeye seats and replacing with WRX seats, removing head unit and replacing with standard etc.

Here are some more pics relating to the car's spec and recent work carried out.

Turbo

Clutch change
