2004 WRX 333BHP £5495 ono Must Sell
#1
£4995
*** sold ***
I am now definitely leaving the Impreza fold, I’ve now bought a Fiesta Diesel !
A tastefully modified example:
WRX SL (The one with the sunroof, leather interior and heated seats)
Registered December 2004
Crystal grey
83K miles
Two previous owners
Taxed until August 2011
MOT’d until December 2011
Full service history, both keys, original manuals and leather folder
Engine
Was PPP’d from almost new until around 60k miles
Remapped last August to 333Bhp by respected mapper at Surrey Rolling Road – Dyno charts to prove. With another map should easily see 350bhp.
TD05 18G turbo, STI injectors, STI top mount, GRD 3” decat systm and other supporting mods i.e. fuel pump, plugs, heat wrap, K&N panel filter
18" Tarmac anthracite alloys with good tyres all round
Engine bay is nice and clean
Suspension/Brakes
STI Brembo setup up front, painted red to match rear calipers
Yellow stuff pads, grooved zinc plated disks (don’t go rusty) and Goodrich hoses all round
Tein Superstreet coilovers and GRD fast road geometry setup
Whiteline front and rear adjustable anti-roll bars
Whiteline ALK
Perrin upgraded droplinks
Exterior
Front splitter
Zun sports upper and lower grills
Genuine STI fog light covers
For honesty’s sake I will mention here are one or two minor dings, but otherwise the paint and bodywork is in fantastic shape. I would describe it as pretty much a mint example.
Interior
Usual WRX features plus SL additions
Electric sunroof
Black leather interior – very good condition
Heated front seats
Prosport gauges (boost, oil temp & pressure)
Nokia Bluetooth car kit
I would say the interior condition is A1
£5495 ono

Thanks, it's going to be an excellent buy for someone. It has to go unfortunately as I need the space on the driveway, I've put a lot of work into this car and will be sorry to part with it. It's been my daily driver for nearly the last four years and never let me down.

Hello mate
a few questions, im a new member but used to be on here 5 yrs ago when we last had a scooby..
is the service history all up to date and belt changes etc?
is it and has it been reliable with the mods you have done?
does it have a decent alarm immobiliser or tracker fitted?
we think we have just blown our engine on our Discovery and looking at a 4k+ bill and waiting for the garage report early next week to confirm the damaged. if its defo blown then we are very seriously thinking of cutting our losses and buying another scooby so maybe interested in speaking to you about yours subject to the insurance with the mods (had a good quote for standard car).
how have you found the insurance with the mods?, im 43 10yrs NCB
cheers

And no, I don't fancy swapping the seats

Well for your sake I'm glad you added that piece of information
As it looked a little suspect being straight back up again.
Worth a try on the seats though eh? lol
Best of luck with the sale!

Just to clear up the this situation, i have to concur with Shane, the sale has nothing to do with his lovely car! For all intent and purposes it was a done deal. Its just life decided otherwise.
And yes i am gutted.
Good luck with the sale, the car sells itself.
