JDM v5 wagon, TD04Hybrid plus other upgrades
WRX wagon v5, year 2000 - W reg. JDM imported new. TD04hybrid. 88000miles. Royal Silver (792). £3700.
Road tax £265, Insurance £275 (Adrian Flux). MOT August 2021.
This is a great daily driver, not a show car, so you will probably not make money on it. However you will certainly not lose money on it. It is quicker than a standard Sti and more driveable day to day due to early available torque. Throttle very responsive.
Over the last 3 years spent total of about £4000 on rust repair (inc rear arches replaced), waxoyl, exhaust, turbo, mapping, clutch, brakes.
2 owners. I’ve had it for 8 years and will miss it. Only selling because I got a slightly better wagon.
EJ205
Fresh TD04 19T hybrid w/billet compressor at about 70,000miles. Built by Turbo Rebuild. Prior to that it was standard TD04.
Mapped by Andrew Carr, 285/285 at 1.2bar. >150lbft at 2000rpm. Dyno print available. Probably a bit better now that coilpack and ignition leads are replaced.
Harvey up-pipe, wrapped
Deatschwerks 255lph fuel pump
Magnecor 8mm leads
Pipercross panel filter
Fujitsubo exhaust (relatively quiet), downpipe with 200-cell Magnaflow sports cat. Recent emissions fail was due to ignition, not cat. Now solved.
AP organic clutch, lightened flywheel (Sept 2018, ~70,000miles) – check how much these cost.
4 pots front (Ferodo 2500 pads), 2 pots rear (conversion kit), Performance brake lines.
Sti struts
Whiteline 22mm rear ARB, alloy droplinks
Factory sunroof. Usual JDM things like folding mirrors. And indicator stalk on the proper side, i.e. not the gearshift side. I’m gonna miss that.Driver and passenger airbags. Sony CD player w MP3 and aux out.
Recent work included replacement rear arches and rust in door sills repaired, brake lines, front ARB drop links, coilpack and leads replaced.
It has some dings but nothing major. Some paint flaking on front bumper. Interior is clean but not pristine, though I’ll get it detailed. No rips or tears in anything. There’s a leak in the rear washer hose before it enters the tailgate. When gearbox is quite warm, a high revs fast 3-4 change will show some synchro wear. This has not got worse in all the time I’ve had the car and it happens maybe twice per year or less. Apart from that everything works well. It just returned 32mpg on a trip to Edinburgh with 3 passengers and luggage.
Also included: Thule roof racks, Whiteline front camber bolts.
Pics to come.

This car has more torque at 2000 rpm than my SC36 makes at 3000 rpm and I don't catch that curve up until 4000 rpm and its lighter than a Newage
Good luck for a good price
