Default 2003 Newage JDM - WRX

Time's come to sell my JDM WRX so i'm making a thread on here. Excuse the abundance of info, i wrote the ad for a non-scooby wise audience

Japanese Import Subaru Impreza WRX

Owned for 3 years.

Around 112,000 Miles (First 51k was in Km’s prior to conversion)

Serviced by myself for the last 2 years, only covered 5k miles in the last 2 years. Cambelt change at 96000 miles.

It had the SVA on import on 22 May 2007

MOT Valid until July 2020



Very clean and well looked after considering the age and globe trotting status of the car having been built & ran in Tokyo, Japan for several years until 2007 when it was imported in to the UK - (Report of Japanese export available)

The previous owner before me went through great lengths to clean, tidy up and re-rust proof and have a number of parts on the car resprayed. I have also had resprays of the front & rear bumpers, STI front winglets/foglight covers, boot & all 4 arches carried out due to either cosmetic or body rust reasons.

More powerful engine from factory (No Making 300 bhp very easily)

AVCS Heads to assist with flow and turbo spool

Short gear ratio gearbox

Rear Wiper arm

Folding Mirrors (Modded to be automatic)

That’s it for the parts list, as far as reliability goes it has always been incredibly reliable for me without once letting me down which I’m lead to believe is quite a rarity for Subarus!

The only issue I’ve ever had with the car over the years is a dead battery and a few underbody and cosmetic rust issues which I’ve always kept on top of with getting repaired, resprayed, etc.

Included with the sale is several spares and extras such as some of the OEM body panels, interior parts, BOV and the OEM Subaru Tool Kit.



Happy to remove tyre writing / Sun strip if preferred by buyer however currently I’ve always felt they complete the look. Front STI Splitter not included as it was removed previously after a few too many scrapes but they can be picked up relatively cheap and fitted very easily.

No major bad points considering the car is 17 years old!



Large History including receipts of previous work/parts and report of the import included.

Looking for £5800 or sensible offers considered
