2001 WRX 313bhp 297ft.llbs torque
Selling as I fancy a change - got my eye set firmly on an RX-7 which I've found.
I've been using Fuchs Titan 10w50 race oil, genuine Subaru oil filters and V Power since ownership (two oil changes, one when I bought the car and one last month)
103,500 miles (rebuilt by Scoobyclinic at 66,000 with Wiseco pistons)
Gearbox has just been rebuilt by API Impreza in June
New Exedy pink box clutch in November
VF34 turbo
ECUtek remap
3" decat stainless exhaust (Magnex DP, Blitz B-pipe, Kakimoto Mega N1 rear)
HKS SSQV BOV
Apexi panel filter in OEM airbox (I will include the K&N Typhoon which was on the car when purchased)
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
STI TMIC with Samco hose ready to be fitted
Also got STI pink injectors ready to go on and be mapped
17x9 Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 lightweight wheels with Bridgestone tyres
Superpro full polybush kit
KYB shocks with H&R -35mm springs
CDF ALK
New front U-subframe fitted in November having been powdercoated
All arches have been rolled slightly
Drilled and grooved discs with what I believe are Redstuff pads, and Goodridge braided lines
I've got a pair of STI Brembos for the front but not fitted them yet
OMP dished suede 350mm steering wheel
OMP fixed drivers seat with custom high-tensile stainless mounts which I fabricated (I'm a fabricator)
STI passenger seat
I have the rest of the STI interior including drivers seat protective cover - rear bench is currently removed because I went through a 'racecar' phase
JBL twin 12" sub enclosure with amp mounted on custom rack, boot has been fully sound-deadened
Clarion VZ409E head unit (DVD, iPod, sub-out, aux in, usb etc. etc.)
D1 Spec weighted gearshift
STI HID JDM headlights
STI high level spoiler
STI fog covers
Also ordered an STI bonnet scoop in 02C blue the other day which will be fitted next week
Fibreglass bonnet sprayed and fitted last week with blue anodized pins
Front lip flew off the other day while I was out hooning and as such is not on the car anymore as it was decimated
Bodywork is pretty good -there are a few small scuffs/scratches and some stonechips but in my eyes the car is made to be driven, not polished!
NOW - I was told when I bought the car in Wales back in October that it had been rebuilt at around 66,000 miles and had at the same time had some head work and been fitted with forged Wiseco pistons. The seller claimed that the photos and documentation to support the rebuild were on his girlfriend's work email and that he would forward them the following day. He never did and as such I have no proof of the rebuild - however I can vouch for the health of the engine as it pulls very nicely with no hesitations, no smoke, no idling or starting issues and no dodgy sounds The lack of documentation for the rebuild is reflected in my asking price.
I have paperwork for everything else, MOT certificates, receipts, original Subaru folder and even documents for a Navtrak which is fitted but I haven't bothered setting up. One key included - came with one key and I kept meaning to get another one but I wouldn't know where to start if I'm honest.
I'd like £4995 in an ideal world, but make me an offer and I'll probably be tempted!

Bump
STI bonnet scoop and intercooler now fitted. I made a stainless scoop to sit inside the bonnet vent direct air onto the intercooler which looks smart too
Brembos will go on this week. Somebody buy the car so I can stop throwing money at it

I'll take a few more pics once I've got the Team Dynamics wheels on, just waiting to have them machined as the centre bore was 2mm too small so they didn't go on the hub! I bought these two weeks ago as the Porsche reps were too heavy, and in my opinion too large at 18" - so I've actually sold them and paid even more for the new wheels. My mates say I'm mad to still be spending on the car despite selling it - I honestly just want to ensure that she meets and exceeds the expectations of the next owner!
313bhp is on standard injectors, I just haven't got around to having the pink injectors fitted and mapped.
Brembo front calipers, brand new front and rear Godpeed discs and Godspeed Kevlar Pads fitted at the weekend - in the rain

Unfortunately not as they're the only set of wheels I have, but I should have them back by the end of this week. I'll then go and have the alignment done as I've fitted the CDF ALK (brand new) and Eibach 1.75° camber bolts this week, that should be done within an afternoon. I've got ATE Super Blue brake fluid here as well, so will be bleeding the brakes tomorrow if I get the chance.
Interior is very clean, I haven't got any pics on my phone but will take some tomorrow.
Made a stainless alternator cover on Friday!
