Rear diffuser fro STI 05
Guys
Was looking at a rear diffuser for my 05 STI.
Can you get one for the 05 STI and if so can you point me in the right direction.

i used the genuine 2006 on part from Subaru
part no.s
91285FE000 BRACKET-DIFFUSER REAR £15.87
91225FE000 DIFFUSER-REAR £59.03
the bracket attaches to the bumper to hold that end of the diffuser. For the other end i had to drill 2 holes in the wheel well . Sealed them up with rust beater and silicone. You'd never know they are there.

Cheers mate, looks sweet.
Do you need to drill holes in the wheel well ?
Dont Subaru or another company do a bracket for the diff end of the diffuser ?

One went on ebay 4 days ago for £22 not that it helps much now.
I was going to get it but it wouldn't fit my 53 Reg, as the bolts aren't in same places so i'm going to get a APR difusser instead

I bought the Cusco kit from the US for my MY05 STI - it contains the two mounting brackets and the Cusco brace which was impossible to get in this country so I wouldnt need to drill holes in the bootwell.

Heres a fitting guide for the diffuser if you are prepared to drill holes in the boot floor which I wasnt willing to do.You can buy the diffuser and rear bracket from any dealer.
