Easy mate..

remove grille

remove headlights

remove fogs - and/or fog covers if applicable

this will reveal clips
start removing them (small flathead screwdriver)
clips are found are atop and below the bumper skin

where the corners of the bumper meet the fender
reach in and you will feel a bolt. (10mm IIRC)
there is one on each side

remove all of this, give it a little tug

if it's still stuck, there's a clip you have missed

really, it's quite simple

thanks for that frayz do you know if it's essential to remove the headlights? and having not removed the spot covers how do they come off?

and what the hells a fender? do they mean where the bumper lines with the wing?

bet you wish you hadn't replied now

Lol, yes you must remove the headlights, the fog covers just pull out (Careful tug) and yes the fender is the wing

nice to know, cheers guys i'll see how i get on one last thing do the spot covers pull out from the 'front' of the bumper, or from where it goes down the side?

was wondering if it just flexes into place or if you slide the back in and clip the front in?

sorry that doesn't make much sense does it? basically if i pulled the middle would it safely come free from it's fixings or do you need to prise one end out before the other?
