Question Respray costs?

My '96 STI is suffering from 10 years' worth of paintwork neglect - the usual stone chips, swirl marks and oxidation. It also has a couple of holes in the front bumper where a splitter was fitted and a scuff from a speed bump.

I've been quoted around £200 to fill and respray the bumper, and around £250 for a full showroom valet including machine polish, but I wondered: is it worth getting these two jobs done separately, when it might make sense just to book the car into a body shop and have the whole thing resprayed?

Any idea what I might expect to pay for a full respray in the original colour (555 'sport' blue).

ScoobyClinic quoted me £2500 + vat for mine - 95H Deep Blue Mica. But in the end, Kev looked over my car and this was not the case, but just some touch ups and door dinks knocked out.
