Why haven't you made the tailgate functional ??? is it just for posing in or are you using for a work horse ??

If i made the tailgate functional it would lose over 50% of its strengh. Its a parcel carrier now. Did this project cos i cant afford a new L200 Warrior.

if that's 50% ? Don't think so , what have lost by cutting the roof in half ?? , there'll be some strength ( stopping the 1/4's flexing in over ) by doing that way but no way your percentage with some clever boxing you could have made it work , you've lost more strength in the shell by chopping the in half .
