Default Mud flap fitting kit

So I've got the Kaylan panels to cut for £30.
Now I need the fitting kit (bolts, brackets) to fit onto an MY04 wagon.
I could have sworn that someone has mentioned Subaru do a fitting kit - my dealer says it doesn't exist.
Anyone know the part number if it does exist or somewhere I can get a kit.

Would also appreciate accurate dimensions of front & rear flaps.

Nick

Kaylan is a trademark brand name for a particular polyurethane manufactured by Kay-Dee. They do other cheaper materials too, but not called Kaylan

Megabusa - Then I take it that Rally Design are guilty of misadvertising?
The catalogue and invoice state Kaylan universal mudflaps. Price is £14-50 per pair ex VAT.

I 've got four sheets each 430 x 300 x 3mm.

I've decided to cut some aluminium sheeting and bend into shape to take account of the side skirts and inner arch wrap. These will then be made with s. steel at work with holes in right places.
The steel mounts will go on the outside of the mudflaps and used as support to stop the flaps from tearing. I'll use the Subaru plastic bungs with centre cross headed stops on the side skirts. The unknown is how to fix anythin gto the inner arch lining.

Nick, sounds like you've KD PVC not Kaylan, ring Jon Ward (at Kay-Dee) on 01274 590824 and ask him, he makes the stuff.
All the best,
Scott.

I checked with KD and it seems that the flaps are PVC. They were a bit concerned over Rally Design calling it Kaylan sheets.

Anyway, the PVC look all nice and neat out of the box but I've had experience of PVC and it'll degrade quite quickly in sunlight, loosing its flexibility, colour and start cracking.
PVC sheets are going back to Rally Design next week.

In talking to KD, they said that they can do real Kaylan sheets 3m x 610mm x 3mm for £160 if you need to do a load of flaps.
