what do you need for an STI looky likey kit?

Got a WRX, and really want to cover up the foglights. IMO it looks odd, and the STI covers are really nice.
So while I'm there, what else do you need to do a BMW 318i style " my cars really a 330" job?
fog covers, grill badge replace, new STI grill badge, different rear badge, new spoiler, new exhaust and a bigger scoop
Would that be it for a cosmetic look?

If it's an 03 then you need the front bumper, side skirts, rear spolier, scoop etc. Is it really worth it? The interior would have be done too, steering wheel, clocks (6 speed gear ****). It would just shout 'i want an STi but can't afford it'. Very very sad!
Best would be to chose some tasteful mods to complement the WRXs exterior and not go for a look a like.
Tony.

Would be better to trade for an STi - only 10 - 15% dearer on insurance and 20% dearer in price - reckon it would cost about 4500 quid to come anywhere close to subaru owners not knowing difference - even the rear spoiler is £700 fitted - Dials are all STi, seats are diffrent, scoop is diffrent front skirts are diffrent, exhaust is diffrent and is stamped STi.

Tone is right its a complete waste of money. Get some 18's put on the car for starters. Colour code your side skirts - that's inexpensive. Front and rear skirts - £500 approx. Cover up the fogs £100-£150. It'll look great and cost a lot less than trying to make it look exactly like an STI. The only major outlay is the 18's.

I agree, we have an 03 STi and an 03 WRX, on the WRX we have got the colour coded skirts and Sti spoiler as well as a couple of performance mods. The other half likes the fog covers but said she does not want her car to look like something it aint, but if she wants to drive an STi she only has to ask

you can buy the 03 STI foglight covers, they are £34 each inc VAT, only available in STI colours. You can also buy the front corner splitter seperatly but this is exspensive and has to be professionaly fitted (or it may fall off).
Colour code the side skirts.
nice exhaust some nice wheels you are halfway there.
If you want to go the whole hog contact a subaru breakers and buy the interior ect.
I personally wouldnt bother. Do something on your own as opposed to copying Subarus Factory modified car.
p.s I have fitted the foglight covers on mine, as I prefer the smoother look. But wouldnt do anymore to make it look like something it isnt. As you also get none of the money back when you sell the car.
